Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your jewelry in its original box.
Ship It Back
Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking number.
Receive Your Refund
After our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
